The range of crucible free holding furnaces is from 1750lb to 44,000lb of aluminum. Both static and tilting designs are available with efficiency and ease of maintenance being paramount. Just 45kw is required to hold 44,000lb of aluminum at temperature. Tower Furnaces – Støtek offers a range of tilting and static tower furnaces. Transport Ladles – Designed for both fork truck and crane operation, with both heated and holding designs. Launder Systems – Very high efficiency, refractory lined, low maintenance launder systems. Dosing Pumps – Støtek will retrofit their patented dosing pump in an existing furnace that has a suitable well.
